4. Shipping Methods

4.1 Customer Responsibility for Shipping Selection

Customers are fully responsible for selecting their preferred shipping method at checkout.
In particular, the “Small Packet” shipping option:

  • Is only suitable for parcels with a maximum size of 22 × 35 × 14 cm.

  • Must be chosen wisely and responsibly (“used as a good family man”), understanding its limitations.

  • Exists specifically because international shipping from Thailand is extremely expensive.

4.2 Recommended Shipping

For normal, regular, or larger shipments, customers should select Standard Shipping or EMS, which are more reliable and appropriate for typical orders.

4.3 Incorrect Use of Small Packet Shipping

If a customer selects the Small Packet method for an order that exceeds the allowed dimensions or weight:

  • The customer will be asked to pay the additional shipping costs required to ship the order correctly.

  • If the customer refuses to pay these additional costs, only the original shipping fees paid at checkout will be refunded.

  • The value of the products will not be refunded under any circumstances.

5. Shipping Fees and Delivery

Shipping fees are calculated based on the method selected at checkout.
International shipping costs from Thailand are very high, and customers acknowledge this when choosing a shipping option.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on destination country, customs procedures, postal services, or other external factors beyond our control.

CandyThai.net is not responsible for lost, delayed, or seized packages caused by local customs or postal authorities.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Customers are responsible for all customs fees, import taxes, and regulations in their country.
CandyThai.net is not responsible for packages rejected or held by customs.

7. No Returns and No Refunds

All sales are final.
We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds due to the edible nature of our products.

8. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

Customers must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date billing and shipping information.
We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.
